About the author

John O'Riley has published over a dozen fantasy and science fiction books. He is the author of the Grumpy Old Wizards series, the Wizards of Seattle series and the Winters Family Psi Chronicles. He has been writing short stories and novels as far back as he can remember. He lives in Washington state with his companion parakeet Data. Some of his favorites authors are S.L. Viehl, Peter David, Jayne Anne Krentz (The Arcane Society series and the New Seattle series), Josi Russell, Angie Sage (The Septimus Heap series), and J.K. Rowling (The Harry Potter Series).
